Hybrid formula protects paint for up to nine months

The paint care innovation of the year: SONAX PremiumClass NanoLackVersiegelung.

The new paintwork sealing is the result of the SONAX Research and Development department’s long experience in nanotechnology and does not contain hard wax: The layer of modified fluorocarbon nanoparticles, which is hard as glass, protects the paint against aggressive environmental influences for up to nine months. The head of SONAX Research and Development, Dr. Manfred Pitsch, explains the principle: “The caring effect is yielded by a hybrid formula, meaning by the interaction of two main components. An inorganic silicate layer makes the protective layer hard and persistent. The organic fluorocarbon layer of nanoparticles assures an ideal lotus effect."

The product is applied easily without professional know-how and equipment. The constant lotus effect testifies to best care – even after many washes The paint obtains a vibrant, deep shine and intensive colour restoration.

Practical: The user will be pleased with the dirt-repellent effect. Even a light rain shower washes slight soiling from the vehicle – and an even lotus effect is a sign of great paintwork protection. A fact also manual or automatic car washes do not change: Even with “intensive washing” the preservation lasts many times longer than conventional hard wax preservations. Product set with top-class equipment The product has an ideal effect on new or thoroughly cleaned paint and is extremely economical: 50 ml are enough to seal a complete car. The careful pre-treatment of the paint – I.e. polishing and wax removal – is especially important for the durability. Hence, the new product comes in a set with SONAX PremiumClass LackCleaner. In addition, the set comprises an application sponge and two high-quality microfibre cloths that ensure optimal application and polishing..

A printed user guide illustrates step-by-step how to achieve optimal preservation: After a thorough wash, the paintwork is deep-cleaned and freed from old wax layers with SONAX PremiumClass LackCleaner. Then, the preservation follows. With the applicator sponge, SONAX PremiumClass NanoLackVersiegelung is thinly applied to small partial areas of about half a square metre each. After a short drying period, the surface is thoroughly polished streak-free with the enclosed microfibre cloth. The whole vehicle is gradually treated this way. The sealing hardens within one hour.
